For customers in Qatar, a collection fee of QAR 15 will be applied one day after the payment is due. If the payment remains unpaid for an additional two weeks, an extra collection fee of QAR 30 will be added. If the payment remains due for another two weeks, an additional QAR 30 will be added to the overall payment.
