Once your return is processed by the store, your refund will be reflected on your Tabby account. To check the status of your refund, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Tabby account.
- Choose the order you returned.
- Your refund status will be displayed there.
If the order status in the Tabby app remains "To pay" even after your return has been processed, please contact the store to resolve the issue. Once the store refunds your order, the Tabby app will update the order status and any applicable payments will be refunded to you.
